§ 10.16.190. Owner subject to fine.

The owner or operator of any such junked or obsolete motor vehicle which is parked on the streets of the city in violation of Section 10.16.180 shall be subject to a fine of five dollars for each forty-eight hours or part thereof in which said junked vehicle is parked on the street in violation of said section.
