§ 13.16.030. Primary power rate.

(a)

The primary power rate for electric energy sold by the city at primary voltage metered at the point of delivery, with the transformers owned by and located upon the consumer's property, shall be as follows:

(1)

For the first 1000 KWH per month, 6.33¢ per KWH, with a minimum charge of $63.30 per month;

(2)

For all over 1000 KWH per month, 4.08¢ per KWH.
