§ 14.08.020. Deposit required.

All consumers shall deposit the sum of one hundred dollars with the City of Wilton before water is furnished. Such deposit shall be held by the city as security for the payment of all water, sewer and garbage bills. The city shall return such deposit, without interest, when the consumer has not been in default in the payment of the city portion of the utility bill for two years.
