§ 14.22.040. Extensions of service.

Latest version.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, no water main shall be extended to provide water service to any applicant until the applicant has:
(1)

Filed a written request for the service with the city clerk;

(2)

Agreed in writing to pay the cost of the extension;

(3)

Deposited an amount equal to the estimated cost of the extension, as determined by the city, with the city clerk.
