§ 15.16.080. Size and slope.

  • The size and slope of the building sewer shall meet the approval of the city. In no event shall the diameter be less than four inches, and all slopes shall provide at least 2.50 feet per second velocity at one-half full. A four-inch sewer shall have at least 1.40 feet slope per one hundred feet of sewer, and a six-inch sewer shall have at least 0.85 feet slope per one hundred feet of sewer.
