§ 15.20.010. Connection fees.

  • Except as heretofore or hereafter otherwise specifically provided, prior to the issuance of any building sewer permit granting permission to connect any premises to any main sewer, the following connection fees shall be paid to the city:

    (1)

    For the connection of a single-family dwelling or any other building, other than a multiple dwelling, apartment building, townhouse or trailer court, the owner shall pay a fee of two hundred fifty dollars for the connection to the main sewer.

    (2)

    For the connection of any multiple dwelling, apartment building, townhouse or trailer court, the owner shall pay a fee of two hundred fifty dollars for each building sewer connection to the main sewer, plus fifty dollars for each additional unit in excess of one connected to each such building sewer.

    The foregoing connection fees shall be in addition to any charges and connection fees heretofore or hereafter provided for by any resolution or ordinance establishing a sanitary sewer district within the city.
