§ 15.20.070. Connection fees for property on west side of main sewer line.

Pursuant to Section 393.14 of the 1971 Code of Iowa there is assessed against all property abutting on the westerly side of the main sewer line extension described in Ord. 184 §1 on file in the office of the town clerk, a connection charge in the amount of one thousand forty-nine dollars which charge does not exceed the fair and equitable portion of the total original cost to the town of extending said sanitary facilities to the vicinity of this property. Said connection charges to be paid as follows:
(1)

The sum of seven hundred ninety-nine dollars upon the completion of the construction of said main sewer extension; and

(2)

The sum of two hundred fifty dollars due and payable when application for sewer connection is filed for the construction of a parsonage by the United Methodist Church.
