§ 19.08.115. Dwelling, condominium.

"Condominium dwelling" means a multiple dwelling as defined in this chapter whereby the title to each dwelling unit is held in separate ownership, and the real estate on which the units are located is held in common ownership solely by the owners of the units with each owner having an undivided interest in the common real estate.
