§ 2.04.080. Vacancies in elective offices.

A vacancy in any elective office shall be filled by the council acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 372.13 of the Code of Iowa, or any amendment to said code section made subsequent to the effective date of this section of the Wilton Municipal Code.
