§ 2.04.120. Amount of bonds.

The officers to be bonded and the amount of their respective bonds are as follows:
Mayor\$40,000.00

Mayor pro-tem\40,000.00

Clerk-treasurer\40,000.00

Deputy clerk\40,000.00

City administrator\40,000.00

The council may provide by resolution for the bonding of other officers or employees, or, except for the mayor, for a blanket bond. The city shall pay the premium incurred for all such bonds.
