§ 5.04.130. Minors.

The frequenting or patronizing of a game room by minors shall be limited and restricted as follows:

(1)

No minors shall frequent or patronize any game room where alcoholic beverages are served except that minors may be allowed to frequent or patronize game rooms, licensed under this chapter, in which sales of food account for not less than fifty percent of the gross sales of the game room.

(2)

No minor shall frequent or patronize any game room featuring machines or devices of the type described in subsection (a) (1) of Section 5.04.070 of this chapter.

(3)

No minor over fourteen years of age shall frequent or patronize any other game room between the hours of eleven p.m. and seven a.m.

(4)

No minor under fifteen years of age shall frequent or patronize any other game room between the hours of nine-thirty p.m. and seven a.m.
