§ 5.06.150. Minors.

When a public dancehall is located on the same premises as a licensed establishment where alcoholic beverages are sold or served, a teenage dance duly licensed pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.06.070(4) of this chapter may be held only upon condition that during the teenage dance the establishment where alcoholic beverages are sold or served is closed off in such a manner that minors cannot gain access to the portion of the premises where alcoholic beverages are sold or served.
