§ 9.11.010. Definition.

Whatever\is injurious to the health or is indecent or offensive to the senses, or is an obstruction to the free use of property so as to essentially interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property, is considered to be a nuisance. All structures and premises both occupied and vacant shall be maintained in a clean, safe, secure, and sanitary condition as provided herein so as not to create, contribute to, cause blight, or restrict the public's right to health and safety.
