§ 10.16.080. Form of notice of violation.

The citation or notice of violation referred to in Section 10.16.070 of this chapter shall be in substantially the following form:

POLICE DEPARTMENT

You have violated a parking ordinance as checked below. Violations are $5.00 (handicap $100.00). You may pay your fine at City Hall, 104 East 4th Street. For your convenience, fine may be paid by mail (excluding handicap fines), by attaching the necessary postage to the back of this envelope, or by placing it in the courtesy box located at the City Hall.

A warrant will be served on owners failing to respond.
