§ 10.16.160. Violation—Penalty.

Latest version.

Any motor vehicle, trailer, boat other personal property which is found to be in violation of Section 10.16.150 hereof shall be ticketed for violation of each section by the police department. The penalty for such violation shall be five dollars for each forty-eight hours that the vehicle is in violation of said section.
