§ 10.16.170. Removal of motor vehicle.

In the event that a motor vehicle is in violation of Section 10.16.150 for a period of longer than forty-eight hours, then in addition to the penalty imposed by Section 10.16.160, said vehicle may be removed or caused to be removed by the city. Said city may move or cause said motor vehicle to be moved to some convenient place. The cost of such removal and storage charges, if any, are borne by the owner or operator.
