§ 10.16.210. Driving, stopping, standing or parking a vehicle on private property prohibited.

No person shall drive onto, stop, stand or park a vehicle upon privately owned property or an area developed as a private off-street parking facility without the consent of the owner, lessee or person in charge of such privately owned property or facility.
