§ 13.16.020. Commercial rate.

(a)

The rate for electric energy sold by the city on 120-240 volt service to commercial consumers shall be as follows:

(1)

For the first 50 KWH per month, 14.61¢ per KWH, with a minimum charge of $7.31 per month;

(2)

For the next 50 KWH per month, 9.32¢ per KWH;

(3)

For the next 700 KWH per month, 6.33¢ per KWH;

(4)

For the next 700 KWH per month, 4.89¢ per KWH;

(5)

For all over 1500 KWH per month, 4.14¢ per KWH.

(b)

The rate for electric energy sold by the city on 480-volt service to commercial consumers shall be as follows:

(1)

For the first 100 KWH per month, 14.61¢ per KWH, with a minimum charge of $14.61 per month;

(2)

For the next 400 KWH per month, 8.68¢ per KWH;

(3)

For the next 500 KWH per month, 7.13¢ per KWH;

(4)

For the next 2000 KWH per month, 6.33¢ per KWH;

(5)

For all over 3000 KWH per month, 4.89¢ per KWH.
