§ 7.12.120. Use of dumpsters.

Dumpsters provided by the city or the use of which are required by any provision of this chapter shall be used only by current residents of the city who shall be those persons presently owning, renting, or occupying living quarters within the corporate limits of the city and those persons and corporations who carry on business at a business facility located within said corporate limits.
