§ 7.12.210. Industrial waste.

The city shall not be responsible for disposing of industrial waste. All industrial waste shall be disposed of by the person or industry generating said waste by private contract and in accordance with all statutes of the state of Iowa, before any accumulation of industrial waste becomes a nuisance.
