§ 7.12.200. Accumulation as nuisance.

Each person responsible for any premises shall dispose of all garbage, rubbish, solid waste or any other waste material defined herein, under the requirements of this chapter, before such accumulation becomes a nuisance and shall not allow the accumulation of such materials on any premises he or she owns, occupies or controls. Any accumulation of garbage, rubbish, solid waste or other waste materials so designated by the city administrator or city police chief shall be deemed a nuisance, and may be dealt with pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 9.11 of the Wilton Municipal Code.
