§ 7.12.190. Means of collection.

It shall be optional with the city council as to whether the city collects garbage and rubbish using its own equipment and employees or contracts for collection of garbage and rubbish, or any other waste materials, in whole or in part, with any private waste collection business or other individual, and the city council may by resolution establish the method to be used in the collection of all garbage, rubbish, solid waste or any other waste material.
