§ 7.12.180. Collection.

All garbage, rubbish, solid waste or other waste material defined herein and permitted to be collected under the provisions of this chapter must be taken from all residential premises at least once each week and from all commercial establishments or business as frequently as necessary and as directed by the city administrator or city council. All such waste must be transported in a covered vehicle or covered containers designed to prevent spilling, draining, offensive odors or loss of materials during transit.
