§ 7.12.170. Accumulation and deposit prohibited.

No person shall permit garbage, rubbish, or solid waste to accumulate upon premises owned or occupied by that person unless it is properly placed in garbage containers, and no person shall deposit any garbage, rubbish, solid waste, or any other waste material defined in this chapter upon any premises except in containers properly periodically collected as directed by the city administrator or the city council.
