§ 7.12.160. Curbside collection.

Each person required in Section 7.12.050 to provide containers shall keep such containers covered and reasonably clean at all times, and shall place garbage containers containing any refuse permitted or required to be collected under the provisions of this chapter, at the curb line in front of their residence, or place of business, or such other location as directed by the city administrator, on the day of collection of all garbage, rubbish, or solid waste, except as otherwise directed by the city council.
