§ 7.12.150. Violations.

It is a violation of this chapter for any individual to trespass on city property for the purpose of illegal dumping or any dumping prohibited by this or any other provisions of the Wilton Municipal Code, and it shall further be a violation of this chapter for any person to illegally dump any items whatsoever which are dumped or disposed of in violation of any provision of this chapter or any other provision of the Wilton Municipal Code, all such violations to subject the violator to the penalties provided in this chapter.
