§ 7.12.140. Prohibited or limited waste components.

The city will not accept waste oil as part of the waste stream, and it shall be a violation of this chapter for any party to dispose of waste oil in any form in waste left for disposal in the city waste stream. No building waste shall be included in any waste delivered to the city for disposal. Building waste shall include any waste or residue developed from building construction, reconstruction, repair or demolition, including, but not limited to, roof shingles, building siding, drywall, windows, doors or any other component of building construction. Disposal rate for tires shall be as follows: (1) car tires, three dollars; (2) truck tires, eight dollars; and (3) tractor tires, fifteen dollars. Stickers and receipts for the disposal of such tires shall be obtained at the city office, before disposal of tires can be made.
