§ 9.16.140. Giving or selling intoxicants to minors.

  • To sell, give or otherwise supply alcoholic liquor to any person under twenty-one years of age, or knowingly to permit any person under that age to consume alcoholic liquors, except in the case of alcoholic liquor given or dispensed to a person under twenty-one years of age within a private home and with the knowledge and consent of the parent or guardian for beverage or medicinal purposes or as administered to him by a physician or dentist for medicinal purposes is a violation of this chapter.
