§ 13.16.040. Minimum horsepower rate.

(a)

In the event the minimum charge per month for any consumer under any of the foregoing rates is less than a monthly charge determined as follows:

(1)

For the first 5 horsepower of connected load, $1.73 per horsepower per month;

(2)

For each additional horsepower of connected load, 81.00¢ per horsepower per month, then the minimum charge per month for any such consumer shall be the charge determined with regard to connected load as herein set forth.
